The Art of Barbecued Meat
The FUMU restaurant project stems from the desire to create a dining proposal focused on grilled meat, using excellent quality raw material with an impeccable cooking technique. All this is backed up by an extremely centered and identifiable wine list, capable of accompanying the gustatory journey in all its fullness and variety.
Pino Savoia, Christian Dentis and Bruno Paschina are the partners behind this new sign. All three with significant experience in the world of catering and management in tourism, they wanted to bring to the Costa Smeralda a high-level gastronomic offering that would stand out from a standard that is often touristy and not very attentive to quality.
The grill chosen by Roberto Pintadu, one of the foremost connoisseurs of the meat universe and of the processes of curing and grilling, is the central element of FUMU. It is strictly charcoal, without any temperature control or use of technology. Simply fire. This is the core of its embers, an element that is difficult to govern but exceptional in the hands of those who can master it and shape it to taste.

FUMU offers extremely special and quality cuts of meat, rigorously selected following the criteria of supply chain, traceability, type of farming. A path made of study and research, with a view to bringing to the table the best product, matured in the right way by a maturation process that stabilizes the taste characteristics and that gives the right softness to the bite. Steak is therefore the queen of the proposal, but the menu also offers the possibility of ranging between appetizers and special goodies, as well as various types of vegetables and vegetables and cheeses at the end of the meal.
