Our philosophy

The Art of Grilled Meat

The FUMU restaurant project was born from the desire to create a catering proposal focused on grilled meat, using excellent quality raw materials with an impeccable cooking technique. All supported by an extremely focused and identifying wine list, capable of accompanying the tasting journey in all its fullness and variety.

Our Cuisine

The grill chosen by Roberto Pintadu, one of the greatest experts in the meat universe and the maturing and grilling processes, is the central element of FUMU. It is strictly coal-fired, without any temperature control and without the use of technologies. Simply fire. This is the fulcrum of its embers, an element that is difficult to govern but exceptional in the hands of those who know how to dominate it and shape it to taste.
