San Pantaleo dominates the Emerald Coast, a place that has managed to keep its authenticity intact. Less glamorous and far from the clamor, it becomes a destination for intellectuals, artists, and lovers of quiet. And right here stands FUMU, a restaurant that enhances the taste of grilled meat, with a careful selection of cuts and cooking with an ancestral flavor.
Pino Savoia, Christian Dentis, and Bruno Paschina, with important experiences in the restaurant world, wanted to bring to the Costa Smeralda a high-level gastronomic offering. Their vision was realized with the external advice of Roberto Pintadu, one of the greatest connoisseurs of the meat universe.
The restaurant is located inside the Arathena hotel, a delightful structure nestled among the rocks and nature of Gallura. There are three very atmospheric rooms of the restaurant, starting from the tavern and ending with a beautiful outdoor terrace.
